I meant to write a little about this earlier, but it slipped my mind. The Jillian Shred videos are pretty good. I have gone through all 3 levels and really like it. They are fun to mix up and great to do at lunch, or whenever you have an extra 25 minutes or so.
I think the videos combined with some extra cardio and good eats would definitely get someone in pretty good shape. I definitely intend to keep doing them. They are challenging and fun! And, if it is just too yucky outside to go for my morning jog, they make me feel a little bit better about not going 🙂
