Nutella S’more Stuffed Crust Pizza

Yesterday was the third cleanse day on Isagenix, and what’s a better idea than cooking a dessert pizza on a cleanse day?
Actually, I can think of a lot of better ideas. Unfortunately that did not stop me.  Making this pizza and not being able to sample the finished product until today defines torture in my book.  It smelled so wonderful and looked so gooey, but I knew I had to wait. And wait I did.
The isagenix system is actually going quite well for those interested.  I’m doing pretty good on it, but Wes is doing exceptional. I don’t want to embarrass him too much, but I will say I was shocked with his results considering how he is already a pretty lean guy. I’m happy to report that I’m down about 8 inches after 8 days and several pounds… now to just keep that off until after the beach honeymoon. 🙂 Let me know if you are interested in the program and I would be happy to answer questions. Ok enough healthy talk for the day, lets move on to this pizza.  Can you believe this is the first time I’ve tried making a dessert pizza? It definitely will not be my last.

Love at first bite!

I’m embarrassed to admit that this is the first time I’ve ever cooked with Nutella also.  A week of firsts for me!
Nutella S’more Stuffed Crust Pizza
1 pizza dough ( I made homemade)
20 Ghiradelli dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
3 graham crackers, crumbled
2 tbsp butter
5 strawberries, chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Roll out your pizza dough after it has risen. Or if you are using store bought dough, roll it out. Place chocolate chips around the edge of the dough, then fold over the sides to create a crust.

Bake crust for about 5 minutes, until the center is golden brown.

Smear Nutella on top of the pizza, then dollop on marshmallow creme and almond butter.  Bake for 4 minutes.  While this is baking, add butter, almonds, and graham crackers to a skillet. Saute for about 3 minutes, until crispy and toasted.

Remove pizza from oven, sprinkle on strawberries and graham cracker mix. Return to oven and bake for 2 more minutes.

Divine. Simply divine.  That is the only way I know how to describe this pizza.

I also rubbed honey over the crust at one point, just to make the ends a little sweeter. That was an exceptional choice. Of course it is completely optional, but I do recommend it.

I’m going to have to invite the neighbors over to help finish this guy off today. Would anyone else care to join?  Make this pizza for a friend asap; they will love you for it.

  1. I just discovered nutella this past week. I saw your pizza on pinterest and followed the link here. This looks AWESOME! My birthday is this weekend and I am making this! 🙂 If you like desert pizzas, I make a Banana Split Brownie Pizza that is amazing (no actual pizza crust though) You make a boxed brownie in a pizza pan, then make the “sauce” with 8oz cream cheese, 8oz can crushed pineapple drained, 2 tbsp sugar. After brownie cooled spread sauce. Optional (I suggest yes) put a layer of chopped nuts. Then add layer of sliced banana. Then a layer of sliced strawberries. Finally drizzle with chocolate sauce.
